We originated from Nong Khai, which is a city in north-east Thailand and Laos. This is where our ancestors discovered the flavors of Thailand and infuse their expertise with different regions to create an essan style of zest. We come from generations of Thai cooks, and we incorporate flavors from past generations with modern Thai flavors. Our dishes consist of traditional herbs, spices, and authentic sauces to fashion a robust dish that will satisfy your palate.
